Green Social Housing at Scale

Design for Climate + Community Project, housing policy GSHDA brief

This briefing for housing advocates/organizers explores how a federal Green Social Housing Development Authority would empower the government to purchase distressed, reno/develop and transfer them to the green social housing sector, providing residents with more control of their own living conditions rather than at the whims of private landlords or banks. Working Ruthy Gourevitch (one of the authors), I develop the book layout, hybridizing CCP’s past publications and rebranding guidelines with a consistent illustration-icon system.
